Returns Policy

At Swim Stop, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Return Window

  • Online purchases: Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of shipment
  • In-store purchases: Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of purchase

Returns within this window are eligible for a refund or store credit (excluding taxes, duties, and shipping).

  • A $5.99 restocking fee applies to refunds
  • The restocking fee is waived for store credit

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be in new, unused condition
  • Be unworn and unaltered
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Include original packaging
  • Include hygiene stickers intact (for women’s suits)

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale items (clearly marked in product descriptions)
  • Customized items
  • Grab Bag suits
  • Gift cards
  • Items that are worn, altered, or damaged by the customer

Tech Suit Returns

  • Tech suits must be unused and untried
  • Must be returned within 30 days
  • Require return authorization

Refunds or store credit are issued only after the item is received and inspected.

How to Start a Return

Online Orders:

  1. Email customerservice@swimstop.pro
  2. Provide your order number and email used at checkout
  3. If approved, you’ll receive a return label and instructions

In-Store Returns:

  • Bring the item (unused, with tags and packaging)
  • Provide receipt or order confirmation
  • Bring original form of payment

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order upon arrival.
Report any issues within 5 days of delivery by contacting customer service so we can resolve the problem promptly

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges on eligible items within 30 days.

Online exchanges:

  • Email customer service to request an exchange
  • Replacement ships after we receive your return

In-store exchanges:

  • Bring the item, receipt, and packaging within 30 days

Please note:

  • Exchanges are subject to inventory availability
  • Final sale and custom items are not eligible
  • If unavailable, you may receive store credit or a refund

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank

If it’s been more than 10 business days since approval, contact customer service.

Store Credit

  • Eligible items may be returned for store credit within 30–60 days
  • Returns are not accepted after 60 days

Return Shipping Fees

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • If we provide a return label, $9.99 will be deducted from your refund
  • Additional shipping fees may apply for exchanges
